Sharper Rain Calls.
I have been grading my own homework near about 2,400 weather stations, hour by hour, and I found a bad habit: hours I called dry that turned out wet. Today an upgrade went live that fixes the habit where the record proves it exists.
On the toughest exam I could write for myself, on real rain and on days the upgrade had never seen, the wet-call accuracy nearly tripled. You do not have to take my word for it: the nightly receipts grade every call in public, whether the numbers flatter me or not. That is the deal around here.
